Has anyone used these tires, https://www.desser.com/pc_product_detail.asp?key=B7CF9251EA814E3094F22364 8554A432 ,on a kitfox 7ss? If so what brakes rims and axles did you use? Thanks for any info.

10” wheel would be pretty big for a Kitfox.
Yes it would but these are 8'' wheels. Seems some of the older kitfoxs had four wheeler 8'' rims.
In the process of changing from tri-gear to taildragger. I bought the 27.5 tires. Went with
Matco 8" rims - tubeless with their double puck brakes. Of course, had to buy their axles too.
They were very good to deal with.
Have not flown yet - still doing the conversion and it's competing with my winter time crappie fishing

That looks Sweet. I wish I had terrain around me that I could make use of some of those.

this is my model 4 with the 27.5 and the T3 8inch matco in the back. I think it's a perfect combo. I've had this set up for over 2 years and I fly out of Felts field with hard runway and a grass runway. I always take off hard runway but land grass, many times the grass isn't available so I have to land hard. the tires just lost their center line (from being made) they are wearing very well, I fly a bunch. I love my big tires, and it looks much better with the big tires. oh and landing off field is super fantastic
