    Default vibration at idle

I have a “big time vibration” at idle.
    Above 2K is smooth.
Rotax 582 UL with a GSC 3 blade.

Anything below about 2200-2400 is real slow idle (to slow) for a 582. Not surprised you have lots of vibration at that slow of an idle. JImChuk

    I agree with Jim,

anything under 2000-2400 the engine will vibrate real bad, its just the nature of the two stroke.
Even in the 2400 to 4000 range it'll vibrate some just not near as bad, and anything above 4000 is silky smooth.
    The Rotax 582 manual shows:

    Operating limits
    Speed:
    Take-off speed 6800 rpm (max. 5 min.)
    Cruising speed 6500 rpm
    Idle speed approx. 2000 rpm

I have mine set to idle around 2400 on startup.
And then I bring it up to 3000 after running at 2400 for a little bit to help warm the engine up to operating temp.

So unless you have more of an issue then you've described thus far, I would agree with Jim and not be worried about it.
