Re: Show us your panel
Thanks for the info guys!! It's appreciate. I really like the trim that Phil (desertfox1) install arround the panel...... but Arizona is a long way to go by canoe from Quebec to get it!!!:D
Is someone did modify there, to look more customize, by adding some thing to round-up the edge?

Re: Show us your panel
My photo doesn't show it, but later on I put a rubber edge channel molding on the glare shield edge from Aircraft Spruce part # 05-01600. It just slips on and holds tight without any glue.

Re: Show us your panel
It look like it's a good idear Jim, and by looking closly at the pictures of the LSA sold by John..... it's more appealing with a larger rounded eadge, but it take 1 inch or more of panel space in circumference, with the EFIS that are larger and larger I dont know if two 10'' display can fit with a larger trim..... so the rubber trim seem to be the logical choice.

Re: Show us your panel
Rmendler,
WOW! You've got a very full panel. Question: I see you have your GPS mounted in a Gismo. Do you ever take the GPS out of the panel?

Re: Show us your panel
Just to clean behind it. It's a lowrance 2000d. Nobody makes updates for it so its useless for primary navigation. I use it as a backup only because it still receives loran gps signals. I will probably replace it someday.
I use an iPad 2 with foreflight and the new stratus 2 for primary navigation.
Plus there is always the compass and directional gyro so even in a full electric failure I still have 3 sources of navigation
Everything was very well laid out making it all easy to look at while flying.

Ok I guess I'll show my Panel. It's still under construction, I just want it to be simple and light weight With the IFly GPS. Just for back country flying.
