Hi Lowell, Sorry to be a nuisance but I’m not sure I’ve sent info properly, the dimensions are L 8.5” H 3.5” width 1 5/8” pitch of connection,s 7.125 and height 0.75” the part No with Lockwood aviation is 886-033. Thanks Iain Donnelly Ps the number G0504030 is stamped on the forward tail plane attachment point does it have any significance.
Hi Lowell, I'm a new owner of a 1998 Kitfox Model IV Speedster and I found your message about the annual condition inspection checklist. Would you mind sharing it with me as well? I would greatly appreciate. Also if you have any other helpful documents like PDF copies of POH, How to Fly a Kitfox book, and/or operating check lists, that would be great! Thanks! Brian
Dear Lowell, I have nearly completed my Kitfox iv 1200 Classic round cowl, Arplast VP prop, but not happy with my oil cooler bracket suspended from the left hand gearbox tapped holes, I have read about your design, could you supply me with a pair? I am based in Scotland UK
I scanned to PDF the first 12 pages of the manual. Send an email and I will forward them to you. Lowell
High Wing we started with a bare fuselage with a couple bags of parts for it. I started on the control column build and have the brackets for the rudder that the previous builder had mostly done. I have to finish them up and need to know some good routing information. Maybe an exploded view of the controls and rudders if u have any. Anything will help at this point. Tomorrow night I am going to bring template material to make a template for the floorboards, and see if I can get associated hardware together for the various components.
Hi Lowell I am a new Kitfox owner based at KCCR. Wonder if we could exchange emails? Love to speak with you and meet local Kitfox owners. Thanks Alex Adisessa@mac.com
