  1. Recently became the 2nd owner of a Classic 4. Bought it disassembled and have a question about the vent in the right wing. I have two 13 gal wing tanks manifolded together going to the fuel pump and on off selector. The right tank is vented overboard so when filling the tanks, I have fuel coming out of the vent. Since both fuel caps are vented is the vent required in the right wing? I would like to close the vent if it doesn't create a fuel flow problem.
