I finally got a chance to get some altitude today,..after 4 runs north, south, east, and west,..I gained an over all average of 6 miles per hour with the new pants on at cruise rpm 4800,... at 5000 rpm my cruise is indicated 115 mph
It's been 3 years since you posted your original wheel pants performance specs. Now that you have much more experience, what do you estimate are additional specs to consider? i.e. increase in ground roll, noise, wheel maintenance issues, update on increase in cruise, affects on takeoff roll ... ? I am completely new to Kitfox and am wanting to learn the nuances experienced Kitfox owners take for granted.
