Get a kit to practice covering in the system of your choice. Read the manual 100 time or so. There are many things to do while you wait. It'll be worth it!

Nice! There are so many preparations you can get done in the mean time. Utilize the time for that or One Year could feel like two. :D The wait will be worth it.

Congratulations. I think the best advice given to me was to do something on the project every day and to enjoy the building process rather than focusing on the completion date. Oh, and buy a dozen or so good quality #30 & #40 drill bits.

Good advice Carl; a nice sharp drill bit (don't wait too long to change) is mandatory.
