CFI Kitfox 7 Central Texas

Pretty much finished building, DAR should be here in a week, looking for a CFI, with a Kitfox 7 to do check out for insurance purposes. My Bonanza is down awaiting a new engine, so was hoping to find something closer to central Texas than Denison. Can anyone assist?
