Floor board template

Does anyone have a copy of the floorboard template for the KF 5 and up? I am missing mine. Maybe a PDF?

I never found one. I end up buying some cheap 1/8" underlayment plywood and made templates (trial and error) before cutting the expensive Birch.

One tip that I can offer that I remember doing is back grinding the birch with a dremel tool around the areas that were cut out for reliefs around tubing. That way, there is relief for the welds, but the plywood is still nice and tight around the tube itself.
