Going rate for a built kitfox 6?

I'm curious as to what the going rate for built Kitfox 6 would be. Lets say it had a 912 uls, only 25 hours and a standard 6 pack. Well built with tri-gear setup, and a Warp Drive T-9491 prop.

I turned down a 912ULS 6 with a 6 pack last year for $52 USD. I know they are ever more popular but those 10k in-Flight adjustable props and $25k radio stacks aren’t going to install themselves!
