Build Versus General threads

Is there any way to separate the build threads from the general threads? Hard to find all the build threads, they get a little lost in the "should I build one" threads.

I messaged desertfox about this, but he never replied. Seems like there are a lot unused sub forums. While it would be nice to have, this site is awesome with great people.
