Model 3 Flaperon Rebuilding

So my flaperons got pretty much destroyed in a little accident. Kitfox doesn’t make these anymore. Has anyone ever remade a kf3 flaperon?

Just curious, why not put a later model flaperon on the model 3? Wouldn't that be an upgrade improvement?

I don't know what the differences are or if they would fit.

Well, you for sure couldn't change just one, and I don't think the hanger/hinges bolt locations are the same. JImChuk
