When I was in the Air Force one of the things I did was painting airplanes. This was painted swing the “TO” technical order that I used while in the service. It is painted as exactly as I could for the way I did it in Vietnam in 1969. There are no decals used all markings are painted in separate colors.

That will depend on how much of the government shuts down. I don’t suppose the FAA considers processing airworthy certificates a priority item.
