Mass balance for KF Model 1

My Kitfox 1 doesn't have mass balance counterweights on the flaperons and I have someone who's willing to sell some. However they look like they fit the newer style symmetrical flaperons, could these still be reworked for the flat bottom flaperons?

those would make a fine starting point. You will have to make sure the weight is correct to balance the flaperon. Model 1's are orphans and owning one requires you to research and build parts that can not be purchased in the used market. I have a semi finished Raven and so far everything I have checked has been interchangeable. Plans are still available and include dimensions and a material list that is very helpful.
