Anyone going to this years Sun & Fun from this group? I have a meeting that same week in Hollywood, Fl so I will be taking a few days to escape the required meeting and spend time in Lakeland.

I will be at SnF every day. Last few years I have been at the museum autographing my book about SnF's beginnings (Unfreeze your Bird). This year I would like to resume working as a Flight line host. We have a tent for this just off the taxiway across from the vintage building.

Hoping to have my KF4 ready by then. It is a rebuild and close. Really needing to find a trailer to modify and other minor items.
But either way, i have a Drifter that i can Take to Paradise if not ready.
I know another KF is being rebuilt at South Lakeland , or last i heard.

Also based at ZPH and watch that KF7 come and go all the time :)

I am traveling to S&F tomorrow, I will be watching for a time and day to meet. Seems most folks will be there Wed-Thur-Fri.

Maybe meet near John McBeans Kitfox tent ( i assume he has a display), without looking like an invasion on him. Delta whiskey is leaving thursday noon, so maybe meet sometime wed afternoon or thurs morning?

Wednesday or Thursday works for me. I am pretty sure Kitfox has some sort of booth there. I just texted Robert F who owns a SLSA SS7 and I think Kitfox asked him to display it there. As soon as I hear back from him as to where it is located I will let everyone know.

John and Debra are there. We looked them up first thing this AM. And,left them just before the mother of downpours. If they didn't wash away, what say you all that those who are so inclined meet there (giving lots of room to John and Debra and potential customers) at 1300, tomorrow and Thursday. The price of admission is one good idea or product you discovered on the grounds.

I too enjoyed getting a chance to put names and faces together. Clearly I was not thinking, or maybe inadvertently being a little selfish, when I suggested only yesterday and today as scheduled days (because I had to leave today). I suggest that those that are there tomorrow and Saturday consider following the same schedule. Cheers, Darrel

That is why I live in the South, we are fighting with 84 Degress F. However, the Summers Suck!
