Paint scheme designing ?

Is there an online program that can be used to design a paint scheme for a Kitfox? How did you go about designing yours?

I've use the paint template from the Kitfox site, and I've used both MS Paint and Pixlr (www.pixlr.com). With Pixlr, if you're willing to take some time, you can start with a photo, and change the paint scheme. This is easier for some colors/schemes than others.
