For those more familiar with the K-STi than myself....exactly what is the bazooka looking thing on the top of the lift strut on the port side?.......feral hog gun? coyote exterminator?

That's a camera mount to place the camera out in front of the wing and face the cockpit. There's a few other hidden mounts on that particular aircraft ;)
