I guess I'll jump in, Pete. I believe that what I got from Kitfox is Aeroquip FC662. It's designed for "socketless" use. With the proper fittings you don't need any hose clamps. You can use it with standard barbed fittings & clamps also. It's a low pressure hydraulic hose that comes in different colors. Good for oil, fuel, etc. For 912's the -8 (1/2" ID) is used. A step up would possibly be FC332, which is rated for a little higher temperature and uses the AQP synthetic compound for the liner & jacket. I think it's a little stiffer also. You need hose designated as "hydraulic" & for use with oil. I hope that might help you.

I used Aeroquip hose from ACS.
I used Pro-Flex Hose from Jeggs, It matches the numbers I need for the Jabiru.
