I've been doing some maintenance on my Mod7 and been dealing with Leading Edge on parts. My first order I was waiting on a tracking confirmation and called them to find out the order was already at my post office. My next order required getting some tech help. Low and behold I was actually connected with Patrick in shop and answered my questions and ordered parts. No waiting for someone to come out of a meeting to talk to or leave a voice mail that never gets returned. Highly recommend these folks they definitely exceeded my expectations in customer service and promptness. :)
