Wing Rotater plans, please

I am going to remove the wings on my Speedster and replace a fuel tank and recover them. I want to do it in my basement. I've seen home built rolling devices for attaching the wings to make working on the easier for one person. Does anyone have plans I can use?

I used an engine stand on the root en and PVC pipe "Y" sitting on a sawhorse on the other.
