Matco brakes

I am looking for a part number or ordering Information for replacement disc brake pads on my model 3. They have 3 rivets almost 7/8 inches apart, are about 13/16 wide, and around 2 3/4 inches long. The drawing in the builders manual says B3_B4. LBRH -12 R lining.

How can I identify my caliper is WHLB5 etc. Is it stamped somewhere?
