Looking to purchase a model 3 or 4. Both with rotax engines, what advantage would the 4 over the 3 besides the weight carrying ability. Does the 4 have better flight characteristics and overall handeling on the ground and in the air looking to put the aircraft on aerocet 1100 straight floats.

Model 4 wing is a faster wing by about 20-25 mph.
Just know that some early model 4's have a 1050 g.w. like the model 3.
You can distinguish a 1050 g.w. Model 4 by a shorter verical stabilizer.

A model 4 with a 912 or 912uls makes a great sea plane.
