Newbie Question

Im looking at a Kitfox IV 1200 Rotax 912UL. The owner says it has no Trim on the airplane,it does not need trim. Is this normal? Thanks, Scotty:confused:

The model 4 kitfox is designed to be trimmed with the flaperons. Pulling up on the flap handle pitches nose down. I rigged my horizontal stab so that it flys level hands off with flap handle in the full down position. Any other weight including fuel added moves the CG back. It is very light on the controls so I don't feel a need for nose up trim for landing approaches.

There are all manners of simple trim systems that can be added if you feel there is a need for nose up trim.
