After completing the phase 1 of 40 hours just what is the correct words to put into your log book to move the plane into phase two?

Jim- your DAR should have given you these but just in case, here is what I was told to enter in my aircraft logs:

"I certify that the prescribed flight test hours have been completed and the aircraft is controllable throughout its normal range of speeds and throughout all maneuvers to be executed, has no hazardous operating characteristics or design features, and is safe for operations. The following aircraft operating data has been demonstrated during the flight testing:
Speeds VSO_________, VX___________, and VY__________, and the weight ________lbs. and C.G. location _________at which they were obtained."

Thank you,
My DAR did not give me this maybe he expects me to ask him when I got to the 40 hours. I hate to call him as there is always a hefty charge overtime I need info from him.

Jim
Hope to see you at Airventure.

Your welcome Jim.
I'm curious if all others have the exact phrasing as my DAR provide to me.

Thanks Tim. I've never looked it up to see if it is FAA boilerplate or not.

The correct wording should be listed in your operating limitations. They were supplied to you by your DAR when the plane was inspected by him. (Or at least they should have been) Jim Chuk

PS I just looked at my operating limitations that were written up by an FAA inspector (not a DAR, a real FAA guy) and the wordage is in item # 19. It is the same as is listed in the earlier post.
