Aileron issues at takeoff

I have a Kitfox III. I noticed last fall my takeoffs were getting a little squirrelly and I was having to pick up the right wing with some aileron. Never an issue before and no problems in flight or landing. Has anyone had some aileron issues or parts wear out? I am trying to understand where/what to look for but I am coming up with nothing. I believe this phenomenon has been discussed previously here. If memory serves correctly, I believe a search for wing washout may help since you mention behavior suddenly changing. Perhaps rigging has changed.
