need advise on flaperon hanger brackets

hey guys moving along here on my kitfox 1 and am wondering what to do with the ends of these brackets. looking for some advise on what others have done. Do you cut off the portion after the trailing edge or taper it up to the trailing edge. all suggestions are welcome. thanks.
