Good evening......Being an EAA member for quite a while; and, reading their periodicals with much eagerness each month, I am struck by the absence of Kitfox builder contributions to the "What our members are building and restoring" section of the magazine. There is always a gaggle of RVs and some unique planes of much smaller numbers than Kitfoxes.......but no Kitfoxes!

I know, I know.....we tend to never quit flying once we get them built:D.....but there is always an ugly weather day when we can become bored enough to write a little article.....;)

I suspect that more than a few others in our group also belong to EAA; and, there are certainly many examples of great Kitfoxes that have taken wing recently.

Pretty much all a person has to do is be an EAA member, write a little, get some good photos and submit it to the organization......a real chance to promote our interest and let the world know some of the great features of our planes and how we use them.

How about it? Anyone want to get some press????? I love reading about Kitfoxes.......and I know you guys have some great material.:)

Sincerely,

Speaking of Kitplanes magazine and getting some press, real nice "Backcountry Fox" article with Paul Leadabrand (and John McB) in the February issue.

This months magazine featured a guy close to me that just finished a PA-15. Just so happens I just sold my Vagabond project to buy my Kitfox project. At least the Kitfox was closer to flying than the PA15. I'm always a little leery about advertising my project outside this group.
