I have just completed a "Covered Wagon" for my Vixen. Life started as a 2008 Carna 24 foot boat trailer. These units are fully galvanized, torsion suspension, adjustable axle location, hydraulic surge brakes, and very strong light construction.
I will be towing this unit with a Pleasureway Sprinter (Mercedes) campervan, therefore keeping it light was a must.
I have made one 300 mile loaded trip with it and it tows well at up to 65 MPH.
The a/c is easy to load with an electric winch and folding, removable ramps.
I do not have plans (designed as you build) but could provide more photos if anyone is interested.
