Could anyone lay out the best method for converting from taildragger to nosedragger?

Ie, where to lift/hoist/jack?

PS. NO DEBATING ON TRI vs TAILDRAGGER PLEEEEEEASE!!!!!!!!

Not sure if it's the best, but when going the other direction I lifted the tail with it pivoting on the nose gear until I could slide the mains forward. So you could do the opposite by installing the nose gear first, then moving the mains back.

Lift the tail on the mains and slip an appropriately tall and robust saw horse under the lift strut attachments then weigh down the tail to lift off the mains. Sort of like a see saw. I attached the weight to the side handle.

Install the nose gear first. If you have Grove main gear, the mounting blocks are different when moving the gear back.

Different grove gear mounting blocks on the S7 depending on the configuration?
