The instruction sheet that comes with the doors gives several approved methods and several not-recommended methods. Your choice kind of depends on the equipment you happen to have. I used a dremel tool with a thin cutoff disc. Worked fine. Final fitting I used a belt sander, then hand sanding with a sanding block.

What is the best method to mark the glass before cutting? The only way I could think of is to remove the protective wrap, mark the glass, then cut. I was hoping to not have to remove the protective wrap until final assembly...
Just curious how others have done it. Thanks

I used an ossilating tool "RIDGID JobMax 3-Amp Multi Tool ". Cuts through like butter. Good luck.

Just peel the protective film back from the edges far enough to mark and cut.

Dan,
The "bubble" doors are acrylic, the "flat" doors are Lexan (polycarbonate).
