I'm getting ready to drill my strut brackets to the spars. Is there any way to deburr the inside of the #30 holes?? I'm hoping for some special tool that I am not aware of or something....

What have others done?

Thanks

That us exactly what I was hoping to find, some cool tool I've never seen for this application.... At $72 each, they sure are awfully proud of it though! Ouch!

I used this (http://www.biltema.se/sv/Verktyg/Skarverktyg/Ovrigt/Gradverktyg-20327/) in hard to reach places when building my Vans RV-4. Lots of holes to deburr and some can not be reach from the right side.

I had to slim down the tip a little to reach inside .30 holes and you have to be a little careful when using it but it works.

The link is to a Swedish webshop that use to sell only car parts and tools (lots of other stuff now) but you will probably easily find something similar in the States. 59.90 kr is about 7 or 8$.

These bits were my best friend when deburring the inside those holes
