pictures of tail access cover

Hello everyone, would someone have some close ups of the tail access cover? i'm wondering why I would need to cut out the cover, then rivet it back in.

If you don't cut out the end of the cover and make a removable piece you will not be able to install the cover without damaging paint and maybe the fabric on the plane.
