What is the best way of deburring the holes inside the spar after drilling the spar attach plates at the root?

Try using a deburring tool

you can get the basic tool with several outside deburring bits included at Home Depot but they don't include the inside deburring bit.
MSC has the inside bits albeit double the price.

In my former life as a machinist, we did use these (http://www.cogsdill.com/products/deburring/burraway/) for deburring the backside of blind holes.

with the deburing tool you can switch the blade on the other side like that and extension the arm...

Thanks JF. I never knew it went in sideways. I feel dumb haha. I just tried it in the garage. I think I need a smaller tip as it doesnt seem to be doing agood job of removing the burr
