I'm not for sure but that possibly could be copyrighted and may only be available through Kitfox Aircraft. Give them a call. If that's the case they are very inexpensive.

I have a copy of one on a model IV and a model II.

I got them off the web many years ago.

Can't vouch for any of the information in them but they certainly could be used for a template.
