I must admit I too was touched, especially by your daughter Katie's remarks. While I never had the "gonads" to build my Kitfox, my daughter has always been a BIG part of my flying. Gotta love daughters!

Second flight this morning. Flew 1.2 over the airport. I got a lot more familiar with the aircraft. Speeds, power settings, flaps, and the like. I noticed a rough zone between 3400 and 3800 rpm. Sounds like it might be a mount harmonic of some sort. Anyone else experience this? Beautiful cool morning, glad I installed heat!
