Hi!

My kitfox II take the air for the first time. Perfect plane i love it.

My engine run great and i have a 5800rpm at full throttle.

My prop is a gsc 66" 3 blades

I cruise 72 mhp at 5400rpm but my climb rate is 500fpm at 45 mhp:mad:

I can put a larger diam blades. I have 16" clearence.

What do you think about that....change my prop? What size ? Ivo ,power fin...two blades or three blades?

Thank's for your help and sorry for my poor english writen.

Hi Dravenelle, congrats on your fly. glad to hear your happy with the HKS and the Kitfox, as for the prop when I converted my Model III to the HKS I originally used the GCS 3 blade 66" prop I had been running, but I found that the GCS was not the best prop for my needs, I went to a 2 blade 68" Warp Drive prop and couldn't be happier with the Warp Drive. Good luck and flying.

Hello Dravenelle, My Kitfox, a Model 1 with an Hks 700 E has a 69inch Varilux 2 blade ground adjustable prop. It is performing very well for me. I have the pitch set to not turn more than 5600rpm which has been giving excellent performance. The Hks engine so far is working very well in the Model 1 airframe. Good luck with yours.
