I have one and use it with an iPod touch 4th Gen. It works really well, you really have to use one to see just how good it is at getting a fix. I've literally gotten a fix sitting inside a building and with the receiver in my bag. The only down side is that you have to use the Bluetooth on the iPod to use the GPS. Battery life is about 8 hours on the XGPS and if you turn of the screen on the iPod it will last long enough for a healthy days flying. I would recommend if you plan on using it for primary nav that you work out a way to use aircraft power to keep the batteries charged. If your thinking about buying the XGPS 150 it's certainly worth the price. If you're going to use it with an iPod touch I would recommend you give the XGPS 250 some thought too.
