i kitfox team...im a new owner of kitfox 4 1200 ,,,in piece....so i need to assembly..probably a come back with lot of question....
for now my only problem it's to change tow false ribs (broke in transport,NC.USA to Dupuy Qc..) i check to put out the structural glue on spar....probably sanding.
and a other problem it's my seat cover,it's green..and i dont find a matching color ,so i check to change the color....

Be careful with the spars - you don't want to put any sand scratches on the spar tubes in the process. That leads to stress risers which can lead to cracks which can lead to :eek:.
I would suggest searching this site with the search/query tool because there are a lot of comments/suggestions by a lot of people about how to get the structural epoxy (Hysol) off without damaging the aluminum.
