Fillet size?

Getting ready to do the Hysol fillets on my H. Stab and don't see anything in the manual about the approximate size to make them. Same question for the wings. I mean, lets say I were to use a rounded stick to shape them, what size radius should be on the stick? or in terms of fingers, should I use my pinky or my big toe? I know it ain't rocket science but still...?

I hope to be down to the hangar this weekend to work and will make a couple of pictures of the filets on my wings. They were built at the factory.
