Hello everybody,

as I`m doing the final inspection before the first flight, I would like to check all bolts and nut for correct torque.

Has anyone an idea how much NM or lbs/ft I have to use for correct fastening.
A table would be nice!!

Thanx a lot for the help.

It is so easy to over torque those little AN3 bolts. I usually practice on a few sacrifice bolts, then move to the real thing. One designer said that after you learn how much torque 20-25 in. lbs. is, get a very small 1/4 ratchet and use it to tighten your AN3 bolts/nuts. Plus, if you are using nylock nuts there's a few in. lbs. to just turn the nut. A dial torque wrench is definitely best, if you can find one in in. lbs.
