Correct way to level kitfox 4

I need to level my KITFOX 4 in preparation to rigging my new Airdale skis. I am told leveling at the bottom of the door frame is correct. Could someone confirm or fill me in on correct way to level if that is false. Thanks much for any input.

Yes! Manual says the "underside of the cockpit" in general is the "datum" at least for rigging the wings.
