Found a point of contact between the elevator pushrod and the rudder cables. Saw previous post concerning this and I too found a misrouting of a rudder cable. Probably a good thing to double check on your annual. I had no clue it was occuring until I looked under my pushrod and saw a point of binding.
I had posted a longer post earlier but have since discovered the source. Fix-it and rerouting time!
