Rudder cables KF 7

After looking around, I found I had the upper pulley cable crossing under the lower pulley cable. After I installed it correctly, above the lower cable, it no longer binds.

The Kitfox Office is closed and I can't get support so maybe someone here can help.

I'm installing the rudder cables and where they cross in the fuselage they are definitely rubbing. They do cross in that area don't they?

Maybe I am misinterpreting drawing Figure G-1 .

I will try to include a picture.

I might be able to help a little. Check your cable routing again, on my SS7 the bottom left(pilot side) cable goes to the lower aft cable guide and swages to the upper right side cable. The lower right side cable goes to the aft upper cable guide and swages to the upper left(pilotside) cable. They do not come close to rubbing on each other.

Dick has it right on - The cables do not cross and they do not rub on anything except the guides and pulleys.
