Hi All, I was wondering what people have for a maintenance schedule. I have a KF 5 Outback with a 912 ULS and am required to make a maintenance schedule in order to get an airworthiness certificate. I have all the Rotax maintenance info , and am looking for examples of a maintenance schedule that ties engine, airframe, propeller and avionics together into one schedule. Is there a computer program that can help out with this? Any examples or help would be very much appreciated ; Kevin

Hi
I use the UK LAMS (light aircraft maintenance schedule) it is comprehensive and maybe more than what you require but have used it for the last 25 years link is here http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/CAP411.PDF

Kevin, do you have a schedule you can share with me?

You can’t use “on condition”?

Tried that showingcsll calendar items. They want to know what you are going into inspect... bureaucracy

My maintenance schedule is simply the Rotax 912 schedule (every 100 hours) and the Kitfox annual condition inspection checklist. Also 50 hour oil and filter changes.

That’s what I had for the inspector but he wanted something more like the final inspection document in the back of the build manual. I may just copy that if Kevin doesn’t have anything.

Mine is a combination of the Rotax Line Maintenance Manual and Kitfox Inspection list in the back of the build manual.

Esser, I sent you a PM and email through your profile link.
