Just returned home from a great flying weekend with my wife. Friday night we decided to go to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Saturday morning we loaded up the Kitfox and off we went. After visiting several airports, we spent Saturday night at a motel close to the Afton, WY airport. This morning, Sunday, we headed out and visited several more airports and other fun spots. We flew around a castle, over Palisade Lake and along the Teton Mts in Wyoming, then off to Idaho and made new friends at some small airports. Finally turning south, we back home to Ogden, UT. All in all we visited 13 airports and had a "weekend date".

Sounds like a great trip Steve. I hope to be joining you in about 3 years as I will retire from the school district and find a place up there. You flew around my favorite spot in the nation (the Tetons). Wendy and I didn't get to do the fly fishing trip this year on the Snake (Southfork). I drool thinking of hitting the salmon fly hatch :)
The temp here is supposed to hit 107 today...jeeze
