Put deposit on Kitfox IV, need someone for pre-buy/ annual condition

Hello all,

First post here. I just put a deposit on a Kitfox 4 in Moses Lake WA subject to an Annual and test flight, and I need someone knowledgable to help me with the Pre Buy and an annual condition sign off.

It is rough cosmetically but appears to be things I can fix. It is out of annual so that is the priority.

Anyone have recommendation for someone who can help me?
