Horizontal stab - elevator misalignment

Hello all,

I have been working on the horizontal tail on my 7SS kit. I have a slight mis-alignment between the elevator hinge tabs and the bushing weldments on the horizontal stab. It's not much, but is enough to make getting the bolts in extremely difficult. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there are any suggestions on how to remedy the problem?
