Rotax 912UL Hangar find, Not ran in over 5 years

Came across a Kitfox with a Rotax 912UL. Plane has not been moved or ran in over 5 years. What issues could I expect? After the rubber is replaced, the fuel and carbs cleaned, Is this engine hurt internally?

I think you should run away as fast as you can, and send me the person's name and address. (just kidding) Seriously though, the engines seem to do pretty well. No steel cylinders to rust up and such. Mybe in a very humid climate or near the ocean, corrosion would be more of an issue however. I know the main mechanic at Leading edge told me that as well. I'm flying behind a 912 that sat for quite a few years in Mn. I pulled a cylinder so I could check the internals for rust and all was good. JImChuk
