I am fitting my leading edge on my STi wings. The top rear edge of the edge is nice and cut straight. The lower rear edge is pretty ratty BUT there appears to be a line etched in lower edge that I think is meant to mark where to trim the lower edge off. It lines up on all the pieces on each wing. But I can't find anything in the instructions on that. The pic is of that etched line. Did you guys trim the lower section of the leading edge? Where in the instructions did I miss that? Thanks for any help here.

It’s been awhile, but I’m sure it needed to be trimmed a little for my SS wings.

I trimmed mine on that line for the STI wing.

Thanks all!! Figured that was the case after looking at some of the videos out there and builder's logs but just wanted to try out the old CIA mantra of "Trust but verify".

Appreciate the response.
