Hey Guys- have not posted in a while- picked up a new to me 7SS project. Heading down to the factory on Monday to pick up a new Fuselage, has anyone hauled a bare fuse in a enclosed 14 foot trailer? I am thinking it would fit in slightly at a angle but don't want to show up and have it not fit- any advice would be appreciated-

Thanks- Scott

Best I can tell without measuring mine is that the fuselage is almost exactly 15' long. It cold be really snug, if it fits. I transported mine in a 16' open flat car hauler.

Leave the door open.

Leave the door open.

if only it was that easy. I decided to just tow my open snowmobile trailer instead. A ast hat way it just hangs off the back a little. I would have preferred enclosed but I know I’m a little late to the party asking-

So for future people who may want to know about transporting a fuselage in a enclosed trailer- you need a minimum of 16 feet to make it work. Also recommend bringing 3 pieces of foam to set under the tail and where the float mounts are- riding back the float mounts rubbed 2 nice holes thru my floor on my trailer, luckily no damage other than touch up to the fuse.
